Pregnancy asks a lot of your body 🤍

Your posture shifts, muscles work overtime, sleep gets harder, swelling, and aches that seemed small suddenly feel impossible to ignore.

Things pregnant women stop tolerating after monthly prenatal massage? 👇

✨ Constant low back + hip tension
✨ Carrying stress in their neck and shoulders
✨ Feeling uncomfortable without support
✨ Swollen, achy legs
✨ Never fully relaxing

Prenatal massage isn’t a luxury, it’s support for your changing body through every trimester.

And yes, massage is safe even in the first trimester when performed by someone trained in prenatal massage 🌼

I just completed the Nurturing the Mother prenatal & postpartum massage certification with Claire Marie Miller, and it was an incredible experience 🤍

Pregnancy changes the body constantly: posture, muscles tension, circulation, nervous system regulation, breathing patterns, sleep, range of motion, and more.

Prenatal massage isn’t just regular massage with extra pillows. It requires specialized training to properly support both comfort and safety through every stage of pregnancy, including the first trimester.

I’m incredibly grateful to continue deepening my education so I can better support the mothers who trust me with their care 🌼

I’m officially back in the classroom for my second prenatal massage certification 🤍

Not all prenatal massage is the same and I’m really intentional about learning from the best so I can safely support my clients through every stage of pregnancy.

The techniques, positioning, and even the why behind what I do matter more than most people realize.

And yes, we’re starting the day with a really good breakfast sandwich too 😅

If you’ve ever been told you can’t get a massage while pregnant (especially in the first trimester) that’s not the full picture.

I’ve got you 🌼

Some of these shouldn’t even be controversial, but here we are.

🌼 Blankets are washed after every client. No exceptions.

🌼 I will never wear headphones during your session.

🌼 Your table is sanitized between every client. No sheet stacking. Ever.

🌼 If something touches your body, it’s clean. Period.

🌼 You lead the tone of the session, always.

🌼 Silence is allowed. You don’t owe me conversation.

These might sound like small details, but they completely change how your body experiences a massage.

When you feel safe, supported, and not rushed, your nervous system actually allows your muscles to let go 🤍

So many massage therapists only focus on the back of the calf, but your lower leg works as a system.

On the front, you’ve got the tibialis anterior lifting your foot and controlling how it lowers with every step.

On the back, your gastrocnemius and soleus help you push off and create power.

And along the outer leg, the peroneal muscles are constantly working to stabilize your ankle and keep you balanced.

These muscle groups are always coordinating, and often working against each other.

So when one area is tight, overworked, or skipped, the others have to compensate.

That’s when you start to feel:
• calf cramps
• shin splints
• ankle instability
• knee discomfort

That’s why I never skip the front of your calves, because real relief comes from treating the whole system, not just the obvious spots.

Your body is all connected. Your massage should be too 🤍

When you finally find a massage therapist who lets you relax in peace

hallelujah 🤍

Nature doesn’t rush, and your body isn’t meant to either.

Time outside, slower moments, and plant-based support can make a bigger difference than most people realize 🌼

Happy Earth Day, Orlando 🤍

Most people don’t realize how much talking keeps their body “on.”
Even light conversation keeps your nervous system engaged.

And while that can feel comfortable…
it doesn’t always allow your body to fully let go.

As your massage therapist, it’s not my role to fill the space
or talk your ear off for an hour.

This is your time.

When things get quiet, something shifts.
Your breath deepens.
Your muscles stop bracing.
Your nervous system finally gets the signal that it’s safe to soften.

That’s where the real work happens.

You’re always welcome to talk…
but you never have to here 🤍

Headaches often don’t start in your head.
Tension in the neck, shoulders, and jaw can build quietly over time, until your body starts asking for attention.

Massage helps release that holding pattern
so your body can reset, soften, and feel like itself again.
