Did you know that each herb addresses specific parts of the body? Herbs address many parts of the body and many herbs treat the same organs.

Sometimes students don’t believe it when we get to the biosludge section of my book.

They can’t fathom that anyone would want to take human waste and use it as fertilizer for food. This picture is from inside a port o potty. 🤮

Especially with all of the pharmaceuticals people are on and all of the processed foods they eat and the cancer causing personal care products they rub on their bodies….

Human waste should not be used for fertilizer for food as far as I’m concerned especially when you don’t know what those humans are ingesting.

Keeping blood lipids balanced makes it a heart healthy food.

In a study from Mexico, when people with high cholesterol levels ate an avocado enriched diet, their cholesterol levels dropped significantly as well as LDL’s and triglycerides.

Meanwhile there was an 11 percent increase in levels of good HDL.

Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food- 🥑
