I'm so excited to partner again with in hosting Yoga on the Sand Bar... what more could you want than a beautiful day on the water filled with fun and a yoga practice on the sand bar.

🌊 Sunday 8/30, 9am-noon, meets at New Smyrna Beach Marina
We'll cruise the intracoastal waterways, checking out all the beauty that New Smyrna Beach has to offer and then when we arrive at our sand bar destination, we'll have a great gentle yoga practice (suitable for beginners) and enjoy some free play time. Then, we will resume our 3-hour tour checking out the beautiful view of Ponce Inlet and Lighthouse as we loop back South and head back towards the Marina (and most likely, we will encounter plenty of dolphins, manatee, and other wildlilfe, so get those cameras ready).
