A sound bath isn't something you have to do—it's something you experience.
During a sound bath, you simply rest comfortably while the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments surround you. The vibrations invite your mind and body to slow down, creating space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Everyone's experience is unique. Some people feel deeply relaxed, some experience emotional release, and others leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, a sound bath is an opportunity to simply be.
