Oven on 325
Douse in algae oil (or any oil), sprinkle salt and pepper, mix it all up, and bake for 10-15 minutes! It’s really that easy 🫶🏼

This oil is Algae Cooking Club and it has a bit of garlic in it which really brings out good flavor! Not an ad, just a discovery that I am blown away by 🤯🧄

Here’s something you should make for the next party you’re attending: PROTEIN CHURRO DIP! 🤤 it tastes like a sweet dessert without all that added sugar 🤯

1 cup of yogurt (any kind)
1 scoop of x prime protein in chocolate churro
1 block of cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
A ton of cinnamon!
Fruit to dip
And a bag of for serving 😜

I actually did this for the purpose of lowering my inflammation surrounding a few injuries I have that are flaring up right now. Every once in a while it’s fun to do a little reset like this 🤩 I bet the 4lbs is just a byproduct of me not eating any cookies 🤣🍪

The purpose is not perfection! It’s just noticing, choosing something different, and moving right along with my day. As someone who has a lot of body pain I find this to be very effective
