Fair assumption, honestly. Sound baths have a reputation for being "out there" — crystals, chakras, mystical rituals. If that's your thing, wonderful. But if it's not, you still belong here.

At 7th Heaven, there's no belief system required, no rituals, nothing to sign up for spiritually. You simply lie back in a zero-gravity chair while live instruments — crystal bowls, gongs, chimes — wash over you.

A few things that make a session here different from anything else you'll find in the area:

The chairs. They're zero-gravity reclining chairs, which means your body weight distributes evenly, your spine decompresses, and you're in the most physically relaxed position possible before the sound even starts. You don't have to lie on a mat on the floor. You just... sink in.

The space. It holds a maximum of 7 people. That's intentional. Every seat is positioned for optimal acoustic exposure, so the tones from the crystal singing bowls reach you in full — not as background noise, but as something you actually feel.

The session design. It opens with nature soundscape instruments that bring your nervous system down gradually, like a long exhale. Then the bowls come in. At that point, you've already done the hard part of letting go.
