In today's video, I'm playing a water disc — a beautiful wooden percussion instrument that creates some of the most surprisingly soothing sounds you'll ever hear. Depending on how it's played, it can mimic the soft patter of rain, a babbling brook, or even the rush of a waterfall.

And your nervous system? It has no idea it's not standing outside.
