Another magical evening wrapped up with these beautiful Women 🙏🏻

Thank you to those who came, surrendered and allowed yourselves to be held by Mother Earth, Mama Cacao, each other, the music 🎶, the frequencies, the breath, the space and all the elements that arrived last night 🥹

It was incredibly special and we are incredibly grateful for all of you trusting in us, the space and this journey together.

At this micro-retreat, through conscious connected breathwork, sound healing, and ceremonial cacao, we’ll gently work with the nervous system to release stored tension, invite emotional clarity, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
Expect:
• Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork
• Immersive Sound Healing
• Heart-opening cacao ceremony (cacao prepared by 3 sisters cacao is heart opening and grounding)
• Warm soup + intentional integration Here you can reset your nervous system in a safe space. It would be an honor to hold space with you. Erin Stites soup Save spot here: https://heal.me/thelighthouse/events/microretreat
