So I got to meet Lajon (from Sevendust) yesterday. He was just strolling through, and he was just as happy to meet me as I was to meet him. The boys of Sevendust put on a hell of a show (as usual).

Do you ever look yourself in the eye and give yourself a pep talk?
Today was one of those days for me.
I needed to encourage myself to keep my chin up, and that everything will be okay.
It's okay to let yourself cry every so often, as long as you pull yourself back up and laugh your silly head off.
