All my fellow fitness nerds 🤓

I need to knock out some CEUs this year for both my CSCS certification and my DPT license. I’m looking for great textbooks or resources you’ve read recently that you actually learned a lot from.

Health, fitness, women’s health, strength & conditioning—send all the good recommendations my way! 📚💪

P.S I love the Stacy Sims textbooks!

✨ Officially wrapped up in-person work! ✨
27 weeks pregnant today, and since I’m considered high risk between 28–32 weeks (already measuring full term + a little preterm labor discomfort), I decided to step back just a bit early for safety. 💕

I’m still offering virtual appointments and honestly, they’ve been such a fun and helpful way to keep supporting you! 🖥️💪
✅ 30 minutes on FaceTime
✅ Tons of information
✅ A clear plan to help you feel better

Grateful I can keep showing up for you while also caring for these babies + myself. 🌸

Hi everyone!

While I’m on leave, I’ll be offering individualized guided videos tailored to your needs—whether that’s pelvic floor release and mobility flows, deep core and spinal stability work, or support for basic orthopedic concerns.

These personalized video programs will be available both to my current patients and to anyone interested in getting started with me as a patient before I return in-person (which I plan to do once a week after the babies arrive).

Each program will be the cost of a therapy session and can be billed either as wellness or telehealth, depending on whether we schedule a virtual visit first to review the videos together.

I think this option could be especially helpful for teachers (a huge part of my caseload!) who often can’t step away during the school day and experience years of pelvic floor strain, or for any busy mama who finds it difficult to commit to traditional weekly physical therapy appointments.

Typically, my model for pelvic health patients is one visit per week for 3–6 weeks, with more involved cases needing a bit longer.

I truly love my job, my business, and especially my patients. If this sounds like it could be a good fit for you, I’d love to hear from you!

✨ Still looking for more providers to join the space! ✨

I’d love to connect with yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, sound healers, and other wellness professionals interested in renting out the main studio space right outside my treatment room.

It’s the perfect spot to build your practice in a supportive, wellness-focused environment.

💫 Reach out to Tricia Vivlamore if youre interested or know someone who might be! PM me for her contact information!
