π Shining a Light on Our CRNA Student Program! π
At Othello Community Hospital, we believe learning happens best in an environment where people feel supported, welcomed, and part of a team. We are proud to provide opportunities for future Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to learn, grow, and gain valuable hands-on experience alongside our experienced anesthesia team.
Today, weβre shining the spotlight on Zach, our current CRNA student, who has been training with our CRNAs and becoming a valued part of the OCH team. β€οΈ
When asked what he enjoys most about training here at OCH, Zach shared:
βItβs a safe environment. I like the community and culture here; itβs a smaller hospital in general and everyone talks to each otherβ
Zach first heard about Othello Community Hospital through the CRNA program and community, and weβre so glad he found his way to OCH!
We also asked our CRNAs to share their thoughts about Zach:
π¬ Jared:
βZach has lots of empathy and connects very well with our patients. He is non-judgmental and treats everyone like if they were his family.β
π¬ Kelly:
βHe is motivated to learn, shows up early every single day, is excellent with our patients, and will be a valuable asset to the nursing anesthesiology profession.β
We are proud to support the next generation of anesthesia professionals and grateful to have students like Zach who bring compassion, curiosity, dedication, and a genuine heart for patient care to our hospital.
π Keep learning, Zach! Weβre excited to see where your journey takes you!
