This fundraiser is to raise money for me to have a treatment called CCSVI. When I had it in 2011 this treatment changed my life. I had neuropathy from my waist down for 10 years. The second the doctor ballooned the catheter that was in my jugular vein I felt my legs and could walk with no balance issues. I started Shotokan Karate for therapy. Had to quit because could not afford anymore due to divorce. The treatment was only supposed to last 18 months. God was great to me and it lasted 6 years. Once I started taking Kisqali, in 2021, for my cancer treatment my MS has been rapidly progressing. The Treatment is very expensive and insurance will not cover.

CCSVI is a term used to describe the narrowing of veins in the neck, which has been suggested to affect blood flow out of the central nervous system.
