Hi St. Louis!

The CAASTLC location on Woodson Rd is accepting applications for their utility assistance funds for all STL county residents!

To apply you must come in person and fill out the LIHEAP application and drop it in their drop box.
Applications can take up to 45 days to process.

This is a resource available to St. Louis County residents at the discretion of CAASTLC’s organization. Lending Precious Hands is not liable for any actions taken with them.
