This week at Align with Sarah Community Classroom:
Monday, 6pm, Meditation. In-person or Zoom
Tuesday, 7pm, Research Project at Candor Free Library. 15-minute Meditation to Reduce Anxiety
Wednesday at Noon, Livestream on YT. Tapping to Relieve Anxiety.
Wednesday, 6pm, Drum Class with Southern Tier Community Rhythms. In-person and drums are available to borrow for class.
Saturday at 10am, Free Workshop!! Less Anxiety Better Sleep. In-person class.
Sunday, 1pm, Sensory Reiki Circle with Kim.
