My name is Azul, and as a dedicated Birth and Postpartum Doula, I offer a holistic continuum of care designed to empower you, nourish your body, and safeguard your peace of mind.

A Holistic Approach to Your Journey

Birth Doula Support

I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your pregnancy and labor. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, respected, and empowered to advocate for the birth experience you desire.

Postpartum Doula Care

The "fourth trimester" requires a unique kind of nurturing. I assist with newborn care, emotional processing, and household harmony, allowing you the space to bond with your baby and recover fully.

Placenta Encapsulation

To support hormonal balance and physical recovery, I offer professional placenta encapsulation services. This practice is aimed at replenishing vital nutrients and supporting a smoother transition in the weeks following birth.

Postpartum Nutrition

Healing begins from within. I provide specialized nutritional guidance and meal support tailored to the specific needs of a postpartum body, focusing on warmth, easy digestion, and lactation support.

Why This Matters to Me

For me, this work is more than a profession; it is a calling. I believe that when a baby is born, a parent is also born, and that birth deserves to be treated with the utmost reverence.

Providing this support means ensuring that no one has to navigate the intensity of birth or the vulnerability of postpartum alone. Seeing families move through this transition with confidence, strength, and deep nourishment is what drives everything I do at Sacred Rebirth Services.

• On-call availability from 37–42 weeks
