I am trying something new this summer. I am going to be teaching proper lifting skills to help your kids take their training farther. It's impossible for a coach to teach form adequately to an entire team, that's where I come in.

A little prevention now can save a lot of pain and injuries later. Maybe if you see me now, you won't have to see me later as your physical therapist! 😉
