Sometimes feeling our emotions is hard.

Really hard.

Sitting with pain, grief, anger, fear, or sadness can feel so uncomfortable that we find ways to move around it instead.

We stay busy.
We distract ourselves.
We tell ourselves we're fine.
We try to move on.

In this conversation with Katie Rizzo, I talk about how easily we can bypass what we're feeling simply because allowing ourselves to actually feel it can hurt.

But our emotions are part of our experience—and sometimes what we need most isn't to get past them.

It's to give ourselves permission to be with them.

This was such a raw, heartfelt conversation about grief, love, loss, and what it means to continue living while honoring everything we feel along the way.

What happens when your own experience challenges something you've always believed?

Rob Rene didn't begin as someone convinced by frequency healing.

In fact, his beliefs had given him reasons to question whether any of it was real.

But instead of simply dismissing something he didn't understand, he became curious enough to investigate it for himself.

And what he experienced changed his perspective.

I love conversations like this because they're not about convincing anyone what they "should" believe.

They're about remaining curious enough to ask:

"What if there's more here for me to understand?"

Sometimes one of the simplest ways to interrupt what's happening internally is to come back to something we're doing all day long:

"Breathing."

In this clip, Dennis Henson shares a breathing technique he teaches called "5-21"—a simple practice designed to help us slow down, become more intentional, and shift out of our automatic patterns.

I love practical tools like this because they remind us that creating change doesn't always require doing something complicated.

Sometimes it begins with becoming present enough to interrupt the pattern we're already in.

For many years, my body didn't feel safe. I just didn't know it.

And one of the most powerful shifts in my own healing came when I stopped seeing my body's reactions as something it was doing "to me" and began understanding them as something it had learned to do "for me".

In this clip, I share how frequency healing became one of the tools I used to communicate something different to my body:

"You are safe now."

That idea has profoundly changed the way I understand healing.

Sometimes our bodies don't need to be fought, forced, or fixed.

Sometimes they need new information—and the opportunity to respond differently.

One question from this conversation really stayed with me:

**Is taking care of our body—including our teeth—a mindset?**

For many of us, oral health has been something we think about only when there's a problem.

But what if caring for our mouths is really part of caring for our whole body?

Sometimes transformation doesn't begin with a new treatment.

Sometimes it begins with seeing our health differently.

We often think changing a habit is simply a matter of deciding to do something differently.

But habits have inertia.

The more often we repeat a behavior, the less conscious thought it requires—and eventually, the subconscious can begin running the pattern for us.

In my conversation with Dennis Henson, we explore what it means to become a “creature of habit” and why simply knowing we want to change doesn't always make change easy.

It raises an interesting question:

"How much of what we do every day are we actually choosing—and how much are we repeating because the pattern has become automatic?"

Sometimes change begins simply by noticing what's been running in the background.

What if pain isn't simply something going wrong?

What if it's also the body's way of communicating that something needs our attention?

In my conversation with Rob Rene, we talk about pain as one example of the body's incredibly intelligent communication system.

Our bodies are constantly sending us information.

The question is: "Are we listening only long enough to make the message stop—or are we becoming curious about what the body may be trying to tell us?"

That shift—from fighting the body to becoming curious about it—is one of the conversations I believe we need to be having more often.

How often do we want the whole answer... right now?

We want to understand everything.
Solve everything.
Heal everything.

But in doing so, we sometimes miss the very journey that's shaping us.

In this clip, Lori Pugh shares a beautiful reminder that we aren't meant to learn it all in one night.

Growth unfolds one step at a time.

When we stop rushing to the destination, we often begin noticing the wisdom that's been present throughout the journey.

I'd love to hear what part of the journey you're learning to embrace.

What if your mouth is communicating with the rest of your body in ways most of us have never considered?

In this conversation, Dr. Yasmin Chebbi explains how traditional meridian theory connects each tooth with different organs and systems throughout the body.

Whether you're new to this concept or have explored it before, it's an invitation to look beyond symptoms and consider the body as a beautifully connected whole.

When we begin seeing the body through the lens of connection instead of separation, entirely new possibilities begin to emerge.

I'd love to know if this perspective is new to you.

One of my favorite moments from this conversation with Lori Pugh was discussing the difference between our **worth** and our **performance**.

So many of us unknowingly tie our value to what we accomplish, how productive we are, or whether we meet our own expectations.

But what if our worth never changes?

What if our performance and our value are two completely different things?

That single shift can change the way we approach growth, healing, and even the way we speak to ourselves.
