🌕✨ TONIGHT’S MOON IS GOING TO BE GORGEOUS!! ✨🌕
We have a full moon tonight AND a partial lunar eclipse — and apparently about 94% of the moon will be covered at the peak! 😍🌕
Here in Simi Valley, the moon rises around 7:19 PM, the eclipse will already be getting underway, and the BEST part should be around 9:12–9:13 PM when it reaches its maximum. Soooo… I will absolutely be outside staring at the sky. 😂🙌🌕 The partial eclipse continues until about 10:51 PM. You don’t need glasses for a lunar eclipse!
And I know there are people who feel a really deep connection to the moon, its cycles and its energy. 💜 I love that. If tonight feels like a night to release something, recharge, set intentions, put your crystals out, sit quietly, howl at the moon 😂 — whatever feels right to YOU — enjoy it.
And if you don’t believe the moon is doing a darn thing except looking spectacular? That works too. 😂 Just go outside and LOOK AT HER. 🌕😍

A little something new for my Sunday. 💜
Normally Sunday morning finds me at the Channel Islands Harbor Farmers Market with Mike, surrounded by all the beautiful crystals of Earth’s Candy Crystals and Wellness. 🔮✨
Today looks a little different.
Mike is holding down our Earth’s Candy booth at Channel Islands while I’m home for my very first scheduled Massage Sunday— clients here in my home studio this morning, followed by mobile sessions this evening. 💆‍♀️
And sitting here surrounded by my crystals, waiting for my first client, I keep thinking about how beautifully all the pieces are starting to fit together.
I take massage therapy seriously. When someone says, “My shoulder hurts—just work on my shoulder,” I’m listening…but I’m also wondering why.
What’s happening above it? Below it? What’s compensating?
Where you hurt is information. It isn’t necessarily an instruction manual for where I should work.
The body is connected. I’ve worked on feet and legs and watched movement change in the neck and back. Experiences like that are why I keep studying, learning and becoming more fascinated with this work.
And tomorrow? Another completely different day. I’ll be back working at the chiropractic office, then packing up my table again for mobile sessions in the Valley afterward.
What a sweet balance this is becoming.

Nothing is replacing anything. I’m simply making room for all the things I love.
And don’t worry—I’ll still be at Channel Islands! We’re just experimenting with every other Sunday so I can open up more space for massage while Mike keeps Earth’s Candy Crystals and Wellness shining at the market. 💜✨
I think I’m going to like this new rhythm. 💕

Okay my friends… I’m trying something new! 💜
If you know me, you know Sundays have pretty much always been my day off from massage. But lately I’ve been thinking about opening up a little more space for the work I love, while still protecting the life and balance I’ve worked really hard to create.
So… I’m experimenting! 🥰
I’m going to start opening every other Sunday for a limited number of massage appointments and just see where it takes me.
And don’t worry, Channel Islands friends — Earth’s Candy isn’t going anywhere! 😂 Mike will still be holding down the fort and representing us at Channel Islands while I’m home working my massage magic. 💜
The funny part is, I hadn’t even announced this yet and my very first Sunday is already almost completely booked! Apparently the universe said, Yep… go ahead and try this. 😂
I have just ONE opening tomorrow at 9:00 AM — and then I’m booked for the day! 💆‍♀️
So if you’re an early bird who would LOVE to start your Sunday with a massage, this one’s got your name on it. ☀️
I’ve been doing this work for a long time, and massage continues to teach me so much about the body, connection, and the importance of giving ourselves time to slow down and receive. I’m genuinely excited to make a little more room for it.
Every other Sunday… for now. 😉

After two weeks away at the fair, I was SO happy to be back. I planned to take a picture of our booth…and got so caught up in the day that I completely forgot. 💜

Yesterday felt different.

Several women came into our booth carrying some heavy things. We talked about healing, how HARD it can be, and how much courage it takes to actually do the work. There were tears, stories, grief…and some very long hugs.

One woman came looking for heart-healing stones. After helping her, something kept telling me **grief**, so I went back and gently offered her a couple of stones for grief as well.

She looked at me, started crying, and let me know I’d hit it right on the nose.

Later, she left me this feedback:

And I realized **this was my picture from Sunday.**

People often tell me they come into our booth just to breathe. Markets can be crowded and overstimulating, and our little space gives them somewhere to settle, ground themselves and take a minute before heading back out.

I love that. Maybe even more than selling crystals.

I don’t believe we heal other people. **We do our own healing.** But sometimes we’re lucky enough to stand beside someone for a little piece of their journey.

Sometimes with a crystal.
Sometimes with a quiet place to breathe.
And sometimes with a hug. 💜

THIS. This is what I love about doing the fair. 🥹♥️
We met the wonderful family vending next to us at the Ventura County Fair last year, and getting to be neighbors with them again this year has been such a gift.
And then today their incredibly talented daughter Kira surprised Mike and me with THIS drawing of us. 😭🥹 I mean… LOOK AT US!! 😂♥️ She even got Mike’s sunglasses, his beard, my hair, my tattoos… I absolutely LOVE it.
There’s something really special about spending 12 days next to other vendors. You start out as booth neighbors, you watch each other’s stuff, share stories, laugh, check in on each other… and somewhere along the way, you become a little fair family.
This is the stuff I’ll remember. 💜
Huge shoutout to Kira Martinez for our amazing portrait. Kira, you absolutely made our night and this baby is coming home with us! 🥹🎨♥️
One more reason I love this crazy, exhausting, wonderful fair life. 💎✨

Happy 3rd Birthday Zoey! 💫☺️♥️♥️
Yesterday was one of those days I’ll carry with me for a very long time. 💜
The fair has become so much more than a place where I sell crystals. It’s become a place filled with friendships, laughter, learning, hugs, familiar faces, and memories I’ll treasure forever. 🥹
Yesterday we had our best sales day yet—so many wonderful people stopped by, old friends came back to visit, new friends found us, and together every conversation and every little sale grew into something incredible. My heart (and our booth! 😊) was full all day long.
But the greatest gift wasn’t the sales...
It was watching my precious granddaughter experience the fair with those big, wonder-filled eyes. Seeing her smile at everyone she met, collecting little treasures, singing Skinamarink, and reminding all of us how magical the world can be when you’re three years old.
And getting to spend that time with my grandson too... those hugs, those laughs, those silly moments together... they’re the things that stay with you.
Money comes and goes. Great sales are worth celebrating. But the moments we share with the people we love... those become part of who we are.
Happy 3rd Birthday, sweet Zoey. 💜 Thank you for giving Grandma another memory she’ll hold onto forever. ✨ 🥹💜🙌🏼

This is what fuels my work. 💜
People often ask me how I do it.
There are mornings when I spend four hours giving massage after massage... then head straight to the Ventura County Fair and work another 8-12 hours on my feet.
Then I come home late, wake up naturally around 5 a.m., and do it all over again.
That doesn’t happen by accident.
It doesn’t happen on energy drinks.
It doesn’t happen on funnel cakes, cotton candy, and fried food.
It happens because I fuel my body with foods that help it keep going.
Today’s dinner:
🐟 Salmon
🫛 Edamame
🥑 Avocado with fresh lemon
🥬 Sauerkraut
🥭 Fresh mango
I’ve learned that food isn’t just about filling your stomach.
It’s information.
It’s recovery.
It’s energy.
It’s how I ask my body to keep showing up for the people who count on me.
As massage therapists, vendors, nurses, construction workers, healthcare providers... or anyone working long, physical days... our bodies are our greatest tools.
If we expect them to keep carrying us hour after hour, day after day...
We have to give them something worth running on.
I’m not chasing perfection.
I’m simply choosing foods that help me feel strong enough to do the work I love... over and over again.
Take care of your body.
It has to carry you through your dreams. 💜

💛 Sometimes the sweetest treasures aren’t crystals...
Today, a precious little girl stopped by our booth, picked this flower, tucked it behind my ear, and said it was because she loves crystals... and because she thought I was beautiful. 🥹🌼
My heart absolutely melted.
Moments like these are why I love the Channel Islands Harbor Farmers Market so much. It’s never just about the crystals. It’s about the conversations, the connections, the smiles, and the unexpected little gifts that make your whole day.
Thank you, sweet girl. I’ll be smiling about your kindness for a very long time. 💜
