Save this and share it with someone who's tired and puffy by mid-morning. 🐝

Recipe:
🌿 1 teaspoon cinnamon
πŸ‹ A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
🍯 1 tablespoon raw honey
πŸ’§ A glass of warm water

Steps:
1️⃣ Stir everything into the warm water.
2️⃣ Drink on an empty stomach every morning.

Cinnamon helps keep your blood sugar steadier through the morning, which is often behind that mid-morning energy crash, and lemon adds a boost of vitamin C.

Comment yes, and I'll send you the tea recipe the women who write to me take alongside this, ten times more powerful. Follow me so I can reach you.

Save this and try it before your next shower. 🐝

Recipe:
🧴 Half a cup of hydrogen peroxide
πŸ’§ 2 cups of warm water
πŸ₯„ A spoonful of baking soda

Steps:
1️⃣ Mix everything in a container.
2️⃣ Soak your feet for 15 minutes and watch the foam.

That fizz happens because your skin and any bacteria on it break the peroxide down right on contact. It helps clear odor, softens cracked heels, and helps dead skin peel right off.

Out here on the farm, we always said your feet carry more of the day's wear and tear than people give them credit for.

Save this if you or someone you love struggles with blood sugar. 🐝

Recipe:
🌿 1 teaspoon turmeric
🫚 Chopped fresh ginger
🌢️ A pinch of cayenne
πŸ§‚ A pinch of sea salt
πŸ‹ Juice of half a lemon
πŸ’§ 1 glass of warm water

Steps:
1️⃣ Add everything to the warm water and stir.
2️⃣ Drink on an empty stomach every single morning.

Turmeric eases the inflammation sugar builds up in your gut over time, ginger helps break down what's been sitting there, and cayenne gets your circulation moving right along with it. I leave honey out of this one on purpose, sugar's exactly what we're trying to ease off of here.

Comment sugar and I'll send you the one thing I add to this to make it ten times more effective. Make sure you're following me first, otherwise it never lets me send the message.

Save this if two or more of these sound like you. 🐝

Swollen ankles by the end of the day, a puffy face in the morning, rings that don't fit some days, heavy legs, waistbands that used to feel loose.

Different signs of the same thing, a lymphatic system that's slowed down.

After fifty years keeping bees on this land, I've learned honey is one of the first things that gets it moving again. Alongside it, I also take Sculptique every morning, it supports your body's natural lymphatic drainage.

Save this for tonight. 🐝

This position has a name in yoga, Viparita Karani, legs up the wall, and it's been used for centuries to help the body wind down.

Routine:
1️⃣ Lie on your back close to a wall.
2️⃣ Swing your legs up so they rest straight against the wall, forming an L shape with your body.
3️⃣ Stay there for five minutes, breathing slowly.

Raising your legs above heart level uses gravity to help move fluid back up out of your legs faster than lying flat does, and the stillness itself is what lets your nervous system shift out of alert mode and into rest.

Comment yes if you want more remedies like this, and follow me so you don't miss the next one.

Save this and share it with someone who's always got cold hands and feet. 🐝

Recipe:
πŸ§„ A few garlic cloves
🍏 2 tablespoons apple c***r vinegar
πŸ‹ Juice of half a lemon
🍯 1 tablespoon raw honey
πŸ§‚ 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
πŸ’§ Warm water to fill the jar

Steps:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a jar.
2️⃣ Fill the rest with warm water.
3️⃣ Take one to two spoonfuls every morning on an empty stomach.

Garlic and apple c***r vinegar support healthy circulation, right alongside eating well and staying active.

Comment nerve if you're trying this. Make sure you follow me so you don't miss a single one. 🍯

Your tongue connects down through your jaw and into your neck, and your neck holds a lot of the tension your whole body carries. That tension sits right along your vagus nerve, the nerve tied to how your body relaxes and comes down from stress. When it's under pressure, it's harder to fully settle, even after a full night's sleep.

Routine:
1️⃣ Stick your tongue out as far as it goes.
2️⃣ Hold it for 30 seconds.
3️⃣ Right after, take a spoonful of raw honey.

Stretching your tongue this way pulls on the same chain running from your jaw down your neck, and easing that tension is believed to help calm the vagus nerve. Honey supports the release of tryptophan, the same reason warm milk and honey has been a bedtime habit for generations.

09/12/2026

Save this, you're probably pouring this down the drain right now. 🐝

Recipe:
πŸ₯” Water left over from boiling potatoes
🍯 1 spoonful raw honey (added once cooled)

1️⃣ Let the potato water cool.
2️⃣ Stir in the honey.
3️⃣ Drink a cup before you eat anything in the morning.

Potato water carries some of the potassium and minerals that cook out as it boils, and potassium plays a real role in how your body balances fluid. Honey adds natural compounds that feed the good bacteria in your gut, something the potato water alone doesn't really do.

Comment yes if you're going to try this, and if you want my full protocol for swelling or bloating. 🐝
