CCHC’s National Health Center Week celebration brought together 1,700+ community members for health resources, outreach, and back-to-school support.

With the help of our dedicated teams, we distributed 921 backpacks filled with school supplies, lunch bags, and water bottles to local children and families. 🎒

From prenatal and health coverage resources to our Mobile Clinic and community outreach teams, this event reflects what CCHC is all about—bringing accessible care and resources directly to the communities we serve.
