Wow I have not been paying attention to how much this page has grown since starting it. 400 beautiful souls decided to follow my yoga journey and I can’t be more grateful for each and every single one of of you. This may seem like a small feat for some but this is huge in my book.

I have not quite mastered a full lotus posture in my practice, seated or Flying 😅 so I bring to you this lovely half lotus pincha during this breathtaking sunset on the west side of NYC.

So happy to have met some of my BLM fam in person the vibe was amazing. Special shoutout to Tim for putting this together. 🙌🏾 🤎. Stay tuned so much more to share!
