Revitalized Wellness Healing Garden Campaign
“Growing Health. One Garden at a Time.”
At Revitalized Wellness, we believe healthcare should extend beyond the exam room. We’re creating a 100-foot Healing Kitchen Garden outside our Eugene clinic—a welcoming space where patients can see, touch, and learn about the foods that promote lifelong health.
This won’t just be landscaping. It will be a living classroom that teaches nutrition, supports mental wellness, encourages physical activity, and builds community.
The garden will feature:
* Accessible waist-height powder-coated galvanized steel raised beds
* Fresh vegetables, herbs, berries, and pollinator-friendly flowers
* Educational signs linking nutrition to chronic disease prevention
* Benches and shaded areas for reflection and wellness classes
* A gathering place for cooking demonstrations and gardening education
* Seasonal produce donated to patients and local community organizations when available
Every day, patients living with diabetes, heart disease, obesity, depression, and chronic pain are told to “eat healthier.” This garden helps make that advice tangible by showing what healthy food looks like and how easy it can be to grow.
Why It Matters
Research consistently shows that access to green space and nutritious food supports:
* Better mental health
* Lower stress
* Improved blood pressure
* Increased physical activity
* Healthier eating habits
* Stronger community connections
Our vision is to transform an ordinary sidewalk into a destination for healing, education, and hope.
Project Goal
We are seeking $35,000 to complete Phase One.
Funding will support:
* Twenty accessible raised garden beds
* Irrigation system
* Benches and gathering spaces
* Educational signage
* Native landscaping
* Solar lighting
* Soil, plants, and seasonal produce
* Community gardening and nutrition programming
How You Can Help
Every contribution plants something meaningful.
* $25 buys vegetable seedlings.
* $100 fills a raised bed with healthy soil.
* $250 sponsors one educational sign.
* $500 provides irrigation for a garden section.
* $1,500 sponsors an entire raised garden bed with donor recognition.
* $5,000+ helps create a lasting community wellness destination.
Together, we’re not just growing vegetables—we’re growing healthier families, healthier neighborhoods, and a healthier future for Eugene.
Food is Medicine. Community is Healing. Let’s grow both together. https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/growing-health-one-garden-at-a-time
