🔥 Easy dinner + almost no cleanup = a win.

These BBQ Chicken Foil Packets are one of my favorite simple summer meals:

🍗 High protein
🥦 Loaded with veggies
⏱️ Minimal prep + easy cleanup
🔥 Perfect for the grill

Just toss everything in foil packets, grill, and dinner is basically done 🙌

💡 Dietitian tip: “Healthy eating” doesn’t have to mean complicated recipes. Simple meals with protein, fiber-rich carbs, and veggies can absolutely support your goals.

So grateful for the opportunity to speak at the Spring Symposium and for the invitation to collab on this great topic with !

I loved being able to share my career story (which let’s be real.. is a somewhat unusual path for a registered dietitian lol).
Our audience was so engaged and they asked so many questions at the end, which was amazing. We were pulled aside all day and even this morning to let us know how inspiring our talk was. My heart is full today!
