Bells View is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Service Provider (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
* Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
* Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation.
* Promote independence while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of each individual.
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow all company policies and state regulations.
* Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED.
* At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
* Ability to pass a Level II Background Check.
* Ability to pass a local law enforcement background check.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Reliable transportation.
* Current vehicle insurance.
* Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
