I lost ground for a while.
There were days I wondered if I would ever feel like myself again.
Days when progress seemed slow.
Days when I felt frustrated.
Days when I questioned whether all the work was worth it.
But something important happened.
I stopped measuring my life by where I used to be.
Instead, I started paying attention to where I was going.
And that’s when I realized something:
I may have lost ground for a while, but I have stopped sliding and I am climbing again.
Maybe not as fast as I would like.
Maybe not in a perfectly straight line.
But I am stronger than I was.
Wiser than I was.
More grateful than I was.
And every day I keep showing up, taking another step, and moving forward.
If you’re in a season where progress feels slow, don’t quit.
Sometimes the greatest victory isn’t reaching the top.
It’s realizing you’ve started climbing again.
