It's bulking season....time to take constructive criticism from the judge and make the necessary changes 1. I need to get bigger, 2. I need to get wider. But bring the same conditioning with more size . Challenge excepted. NEXT 10 months I'll be training hard, my birthday, Jesus' birthday, holidays I'll be training period.
