I used to think things like:
🚫Stubborn belly fat
🚫Skin tags
🚫Inflammation
🚫Neuropathy
🚫Low energy
🚫Brain fog
were just part of getting older.

Now I know they can be signs that something in your body needs attention.

I’m so glad I decided to try something different instead of accepting that this was just how I’d feel.

Comment “SYSTEM” if you’d like to learn more.

Most people think all fiber is basically the same.

I used to think that too.

Then I learned that not all fiber works the same way. This one mixes into a gel that helps slow sugar absorption, supports fullness, nourishes your gut, and helps support healthy blood sugar and insulin sensitivity.

Watching it thicken in water is a great reminder of what it’s designed to do inside your digestive system.

It’s one of the simplest habits I’ve added to my day, and I wish I had understood it years ago.

Have you ever seen fiber do this before?

Comment FIBER if you’d like more information, and share this with someone who still thinks all fiber is the same.

Most people focus on calories. I wish more people understood the importance of insulin.

One of the best things I ever did for my health was learning how to give my body a break from constantly producing insulin.

Three simple habits that helped me:
✔️ Delay breakfast with a little intermittent fasting.
✔️ Eat satisfying meals instead of grazing all day.
✔️ Cut out the snacks and let your body rest between meals.

These changes can support better insulin sensitivity, fewer cravings, steadier energy, and improved metabolic health.

Small, consistent habits really do add up.

Have you ever tried eating fewer meals or cutting out snacks? I’d love to hear what worked for you👇

Our bodies didn’t suddenly change, our food did.

Over the years, much of the natural fiber has been removed from the foods we eat and replaced with highly processed ingredients designed to keep us coming back for more.

Fiber is nature’s speed bump. It helps slow digestion, supports healthy blood sugar, feeds the good bacteria in our gut, and helps us feel full longer🌱

Maybe the answer isn’t just eating less, maybe it’s putting back what processing took out.

This little farm boy took “eat more fiber” to a whole new level😂🌱

Alfalfa naturally contains fiber, but thankfully, the rest of us don’t have to eat it straight from the bale😂

Adding more fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains is a simple way to give our bodies more of the fiber they need.

I know I don’t get enough fiber from food every day, so I supplement too. If you’re curious about what I use, comment FIBER🤠🚜🌱
