The goal has ALWAYS BEEN to pour into the girls! ✨

Building a strong community of women who are NOT ONLY BUILDING businesses, they are also loving, genuine, beautiful inside & out and show up.

This content day we had in Pasadena last month was so deeply rooted in sisterhood, I had to spin the moment back, in case you missed it! 😍😍 There’s something special about women coming together with a purpose.

Leaning into community & creating & serving that community is keeping me grounded. I’m grateful 🫂

And looking back at these photos, I’m reminded of why I created the Beautiful Boss Community in the first place.

My network didn’t just change my life. It changed my income. 🤏🏾🤏🏾

And I don’t mean that in the “go network and magically become a millionaire” kind of way. 😂

I mean I learned that who you sit around can influence what you see, what you believe is possible, who knows about your business, and what opportunities become available to you.

Building a 6-figure business didn’t happen because I found one magic strategy.

It happened through years of relationships, conversations, collaborations, referrals, mentorship, visibility, and putting myself in rooms where I could grow.

Here are 5 ways the right rooms impacted my business:

✨ They put me in front of people I never would’ve met otherwise.

✨ They gave me access to knowledge and experiences that saved me time.

✨ Conversations turned into collaborations, and collaborations turned into opportunities.

✨ Being around women who were building bigger helped me expand my own vision.

✨ I learned that being good at what you do isn’t enough—you also have to let people KNOW what you do.

And here’s the part I really want you to remember:

Your next opportunity may not come from another Google search.

It might come from a conversation.

Lately ive found myself feeling a little more sadness than I’d care to get into right now, BUT I’ve absolutely loved the joyful parts as well. I love hearing about the wins of my ppl.

It reminds me to make room for JOY & LOVE. Yes life gets hard, but there’s space for happiness.

So I wanted to extend that reminder to you friend. This weekend & always appreciate the small & big things. CELEBRATE LIFE aswell. Guilt free.

Because life is too short not to stop & smell the roses.🌹

Formally the “Beauty Boss Brunch”, “Bosses in Beauty Brunch” but landing on The Beautiful Boss Brunch just feels right!

This is Brunch 6 & 7 that’s just so crazy!! I remember when I first approached my girl Mindful Money Moves | Morgan B. about being apart of this, she came in full force & I could really see her passion for helping entrepreneurs MIND THEIR MONEY!!

A passion I shared because so many of us are out here just tryna figure it out & I knew if I could share what I’ve learned & bless someone else, that was what truly mattered.

Thankful Thursday. 💕

I’ve been pretty quiet lately.

Not because I don’t have anything to say… but because life has been asking me to slow down, breathe, feel, grieve, process and just be, life has been HITTING HARD!!

But in the middle of all of that, I’ve been reminded of something:

I have some really beautiful women in my corner.

The texts.
The check-ins.
The hugs.
The prayers.
The women who continue to show up.
The women who support what I’m building.
The women who remind me that I don’t have to carry everything alone.

I’m thankful for my community.
For the connections that have come from these rooms.
For the friendships that started at a brunch.
For the collaborations that turned into opportunities.
For the women who walked into the room as strangers and left feeling like sisters.

This is why I keep creating these spaces.

Because the room isn’t the magic.

The women inside it are. 💕

And although I’ve been moving a little differently lately, I’m slowly finding my way back to the things that light me up.
