“Nervous system regulation happens in the moments when we create enough space to be present with our emotional responses which allow us to feel and move through the body, mind, and spirit. True transformation happens through somatic processes not logic alone.
and I began the reset retreat in a sharing circle, each person reflecting on what called them to be there. The openness and vulnerability that filled the room instantly pulled at my heart in a way that was deeply felt. It reminded me of the divine alignment that unfolds when people gather with intention and truth, something that makes these retreats exactly what they are meant to be.
The rest of the day was spent meditating in ceremony, singing mantras, floating, experiencing kundalini & somatic activations, and receiving a sound bath. We laughed, we cried, we shared, we moved our bodies, and we connected in ways that left each of us feeling something profound something that not only reset our nervous systems, but also left an imprint on our hearts.
Thank you to everyone who came and made this experience what it was. Your presence, openness, and willingness to show up fully created something truly special.

“Yesterday I took time out for myself and fully reset my nervous system. Floats have been a part of my recovery for years now. But this was my first dry float!
So when & invited me to their event at It was a no brainer. I said “I’m there!” Met some amazing people and had an amazing nap! Since I go straight to sleep as soon as I touch down.”
