✨Energy Clearing✨
Have you ever experienced a time that you just felt like your soul was heavy? You sleep all night and you still feel drained? It is possible that you are holding on to some negative energy. Energy is everywhere. Sometimes we hold on to the negative energies from others or situations. I have got into a habit of making sure to clear the negative energy around me on a regular basis.

1) Epstom salt baths- I like to use Lavendar or Eucalyptus because they are great for relaxing the body, mind and spirit. I like to add some extra Lavendar petals for the wonderful aroma. This is great for clearing energy, and soaking away the sore muscles after a long day.

2) Singing bowl- This is a wonderful way to clear your energy field. The beautiful sounds and vibrations are great for clearing. It took me awhile to get the hang of it, but the sound is very relaxing.

3) Burning Sage or Palo Santo- these are extremely calming and great at clearing your energy field and the space around you. Many people ask me what you need to do with burning sage. It is very easy. The power is in the intention. I usually recite a short phrase while I sage. “Cleanse this area or this body of any negative or stagnant energy.”

4)Nature- Being out in nature is one of the very best ways of clearing energy and energizing your soul. Breathe in healing and cleansing air, exhale the negative or stagnant energy that is no longer serving you.

Regardless of what you choose, make it a priority in your life. Choose to put yourself first. Self care is so important.

It has been awhile since I have made a post. Life only seems to speed up. Reiki is still a very important element in my daily life. Remember to take time out for yourself daily. I have started to get my healing space back together, what do you think?
