We’re searching for a motivated, organized leader with 3-5 years experience in the aesthetics or med-spa industry who understands how to create an exceptional patient experience while keeping a busy practice running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has experience with:
• Leading and supporting a team
• Front desk and scheduling operations
• Patient experience and retention
• Revenue, KPIs and practice performance
• Inventory and vendor management
• Supporting providers, injectors and aestheticians
• Promotions, events and practice growth

We’re looking for someone who is professional, proactive, highly organized and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
