This was a pull this morning from the Oracle's just for you! I've had these Oracle's for a few years now. They're always very enlightening and resonating. Recently they've helped me to refine my lessons I've been taught and somehow have really enlightened me and connected me back into self healing and Reiki.
Let's observe the first card "Dialogue" the deity is Matangi. The Devine Mother which resides in our throat/vishuddha chakra. Which controls our speech knowledge and help us with expressions of emotions. This card also not only teaches us to speak it also tells us to listen and to hear others and give feedback with a positive exchange.
Second pull "positive energy" The sun the masculine energy. My favorite linked with healing energy of love and light. Notice the 7 horses which represent the seven chakra that we must travel through to recieve in that enlightenment and the journey to self realization. This is the solar plexus/manipura. Which resides in the navel center. We need this chakra strong in order for us to find our purpose in this world. Think you are great and you'll be great. Your thoughts are your reality.
Third pull "peace" the crown/ sahasara chakra The deity Chandra, the moon god. Its halo of the crescent 🌙 moon represents unconditional love. Finding contentment in times of struggles or close your eyes go in and in and imagine something that brings you piece. This level of peace can be found within mediation.

Rising,
This month has been a month of change, growth, healing and me learning to be content on what my life has sat at my feet.
November, wasn't what I expected or what I wanted it to be. As starting new things there are always some set backs. Those set backs teach us to reevaluate or life and to surrender; sit with with the issues to figure out the next paths in our journey. Spiral Yoga & Healing Station is about real life. I don't have lots to offer you but my authentic self and sometimes the Spirals happen right before you see the whole colorful picture. Sooo everyone bare with me as I meunuver through the crossroads of life and put it all together as I want to make your yoga experience the most enjoyable.
