Does it happen to you that you aren’t ready for the pic but your body kind of was?!😜😎

I must say that consistency is everything. We are usually so unfair with ourselves and with whatever we decide to do to get results.

People focus on eating whatever, drinking whatever and just doing whatever; then they feel how the bad choices start to catch up AND want their bodies to simply go back in few days to the place they were YEARS ago🧐

We must learn and understand that one bad meal won’t brake it just like one healthy one won’t make it!

It takes discipline, consistency and patience!💓
