Woke up this morning, looked in the mirror and felt the weight of “me vs me” 😩

Idk about y’all but the reality of “me vs me” at times can be sooooooo challenging! Whew!

What do you tell yourself on a daily in efforts to bring out the best you?

Recently I’ve been telling myself “bihh get it together, keep moving.”
I should probably be a little softer with myself but….I’m still working on that. 😂

The deeper I get into this skincare journey the more I realize that Gods Creations is where it’s at! The man made products we use on a daily doesn’t cut it! There’s so much bs in well branded products that are terrible for our skin and body. I’m constantly researching what’s good and what’s not especially for melanin skin! Don’t get me wrong there’s some good clean products out there, but you have to do your research… or just come to Melanated 😊.

My research inspired me to start create a “Farm to Skin” menu launching this October! We’ve been testing out our limited menu and the feedback has been great! Results and health is so important to me and I’m excited to launch our Farm to Skin Menu soon!
