Yesterday's schedule consisted of:

-Seeing two aesthetic patients
-Seeing a post partum patient virtually
-Admin work at home
-Massage! It was my first one in 3 months since being diagnosed with cancer
-Taking the kids to their dental cleaning
-More admin work
-Making dinner
-Going for a 3 mile run outside

Having cancer certainly makes you look at everything through a new lens and buckle down on which modifiable environmental toxins you may be regularly exposing yourself to.

We've done a bit of an overhaul with household products, so I thought I'd share. We're taking it little-by-little, doing what is affordable and sustainable for our family. The goal is not perfection. It's making small choices now that may benefit the long term health of me and my family 💛
