New mountains. New beginnings. Same heart behind VibeOhm. 🌲✨

✨ A Little Life Update ✨

It’s been a while since I’ve shown up here, and I wanted to take a moment to reconnect with all of you.

The past few years have been filled with big changes and adventures. My family and I spent some time living in an RV and figuring out where life wanted to take us next. After lots of miles, memories, and new experiences, we found our way to beautiful Colorado, where we’re excited to be putting down roots and starting this new chapter.

With all of life’s transitions, VibeOhm had to take a bit of a back seat, but I’m happy to say that I’m back and feeling inspired more than ever! 🌿✨

Over the coming weeks, you’ll start seeing more posts, new creations, and fresh additions to my shop. I have so many ideas and projects I’ve been working on, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

A quick note: My previous website is no longer active, but a brand new website is currently in the works and will be launching soon! Until then, you can continue shopping through my Etsy store, and you’re always welcome to send me a message if you have any questions.

Oogie Boogie Chocolate Chai Tea
🎃👻🎃👻🎃
This velvety, sweet, chocolate chai tea is made with a blend of rooibos tea, ginger, cardamom, and chocolate chips!
Simmer this spooky blend with milk and your favorite cream over heat vs water to create a creamy and delicious drink! Be sure to strain any herbs from drink if you aren't using a tea strainer to steep.
-The strength and flavor of this tea is personal preference. Recommended steep time is 3-5 minutes, using about 1 tsp per cup.
If you desire a stronger cup, we suggest using more tea rather than a longer steep time to avoid any bitter flavors.
-To make this delicious tea even more chocolatey, use chocolate milk or even a chocolate cream to enhance the chocolate flavors!
CAN be drank hot or iced! my favorite is iced.

Hi! I'm so sorry I've been away! Life with a little one got busy with all these new beginnings and first days! But I am back in full force and I plan to focus a lot of my new and free attention on creating and posting more on my healing remedies!

With that being said... fall is coming right around the corner! As a Halloween and holiday lover myself I can honestly say this is my favorite time of the year! Unfortunately with fall coming also means the cold and flu season will be not far behind. We all hate being sick, but no matter how many vitamins we take, getting sick still ends up inevitable. Don't stress! I am working hard to create my New Collection with amazing herbal remedies to help ease, soothe, and reduce the amount of time of most sicknesses!

In my coming soon Cold & Flu Collection I will have remedies including another bath soak, obviously an herbal tea & tonic, herbal steam, and organic chest rubs!

So stay tuned for another amazing collection!

✨Sweet Dreams Tonic✨
-Our bodies utilize about 98% of herbal extracts/tinctures but only about 50% of capsule and tablets. Tinctures are far more potent due to the large concentration of herbs in a smaller dose. A medicine dropperful of a tincture is more potent than a full cup of steeped tea.
-How to use: Fill dropper and place under tongue for a few seconds, wash bitter taste down with water or preferred drink. Takes about 15-20 mins to start working. You can take up to a few droppers full as needed. Do not exceed more than 3 droppers full at one time.
