Looking to earn your Fusion Sticker in our Summer Challenge? This category is all about mixing things up and experiencing Pilates in a whole new way!

- Tower Barre Fusion

Fusion classes combine the best of multiple movement styles and equipment to create workouts that are fun, dynamic, and challenging. They're a great way to step outside your comfort zone, discover a new favorite class, and challenge your body in different ways.

This week is full of opportunities to celebrate movement, connection, and the start of a new season!

Happy Father's Day to all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, father figures, mentors and to the dads we are missing here on Earth—we celebrate you. Thank you for the strength, support, and encouragement you bring to those around you.

Cheers to the longest day of the year marking the official start of summer (even though we've been celebrating for weeks).

Who is scared of trying some of our challenging classe like: Jumpboard Reformer, Atheltic Reformer, Resistance Reformer or Advanced Reformer?

We hear it all the time:
"I'm not strong enough."
"I'm not flexible enough."
"I've only been doing Pilates for a few months."
"I'm afraid I won't keep up."
"Everyone else will be more advanced than me."

Here's the truth: an advanced class isn't about being perfect. It's about being ready to challenge yourself.

The challenge classes aren't reserved for the strongest, most flexible, or most experienced people in the room. It's for clients who have built a solid foundation, understand the basics, and are willing to explore what's possible.

Will every exercise be perfect? Probably not.

Will you be presented with challenges? Absolutely.

Are you a creature of habit that's letting those lies keep you from one of our CHALLENGE classes?

The goal is to learn, adapt, and discover that you're capable of more than you thought.

And here's a little secret: everyone in that "advanced" class is still working on something too.

While equipment classes are wonderful, mat work is where it all begins.

The fundamentals are the foundation of everything we do in Pilates. Returning to the mat allows us to refine our technique, deepen our understanding of movement, and reconnect with the core principles that make our practice so effective.

Without springs, straps, or moving equipment, the mat challenges us to create stability, control, and strength using our own bodies. It can reveal movement patterns, improve body awareness, and help us build a stronger connection to our core.

It may seem counterintuitive to use the infrared sauna in the summer and it might feel like the last thing you want to do on a hot summer day.

Regular sauna use in all seasons is beneficial no matter the temp outside. Why?

Sometimes the best way to move forward is to revisit where it all began.

One of the categories in our Summer Challenge is earning your Foundations Sticker by completing 3 classes from this category that include any of our 101 classes plus Foundations Reformer. While these classes are perfect for beginners, they're equally valuable for experienced clients.

Think of it this way: elite athletes don't stop practicing the fundamentals once they've mastered them—they revisit them regularly because that's where growth happens.

Whether you're new to the studio or have been with us for years, challenge yourself to slow down, focus on the details, and strengthen your foundation.
