i have been channeling, mapping, and creating a whole new menu of summer + fall experiences, and i am too excited to keep them in my head anymore. here is your first exclusive look at what is landing soon:

🪓 the sacred anger day retreat: we are heading out to the land to explore why anger is a healthy, sacred emotion, ground down with meditation, and then literally take axes to logs. sacred rage meets deep somatic release. (BYO lunch, i’ll bring the vibe).

🍹 sangrias & spray tans: a high-vibe, glow-up night out. come sip something refreshing, connect, and get that effortless summer bronze. (21+ to drink, but open to anyone who just wants the tan and the energy!)

🌿 open-air somatic healing: this summer, the healing room is moving outside. i'm opening up a super limited number of exclusive, weather-permitting nature sessions for private sound therapy, reiki, and intuitive massage out in the fresh air.

🥂 private retreat contracting: want to hire me for your inner circle? i’m officially creating packages to be contracted out for your private women's retreats. if you gather the ladies, i’ll come in to facilitate the somatic clearing, sound baths, and magic.

🍂 the fall couples' retreat: a deeply grounded, restorative immersion for partners to reconnect and realign.

i don't know who needs to see this, but i feel it so deeply in my chest that someone is holding out for this exact sign.

this isn’t a sales pitch. this is me genuinely knowing that someone out there is feeling completely alone right now.

there was a time when i didn’t have a lot of friends. i felt like i was living on a lone island with all my thoughts and heavy feelings. women’s retreats and true sisterhood completely saved my life. they gave me a safe space to be seen, and now i have a community of soul-level friends i can lean on the second i have a bad day.

you are not the only one going through these thoughts. you don't have to be on that island anymore.

our retreat starts next monday, and there is still a space held specifically for you.

when was the last time you gave yourself permission to fully just be taken care of?

everything is completely done for you. the cooking, the nourishing food, the schedule. you literally do not have to think. you just have to show up. if your soul needs to skip an activity to take a nap, journal, or just go lay by the lake—that is exactly what you’re encouraged to do. this is a space to easily choose you.
