Having space is such an important aspect of relaxing, recovering and rejuvenating. Having physical space obviously helps immensely in creating a sense of possibility, often we don't have that as we live in cities and share our homes with children, partners or roommates. I often find it helpful to do a proper clean up before embarking on a new project. Just removing clutter and things I no longer need or want in the physical space gives me more headspace too. Its calming and incredibly satisfying once its done! As we hit spring next week this is a great time to do it.
