One of the simplest (I didn’t say easiest) ways to begin a mindful eating practice, is to get rid of distractions that pull you away from the experience of eating.

Put the phone down or step away from the TV and simply eat.

And experience what it’s like to just eat.

🙏Appreciate the food in front of you.

👃Take in the aromas.

🌮Notice textures, colors, & temperatures.

👄Take a bite and explore the taste and texture in your mouth.

🍽️Put your utensil down.

Chew thoughtfully. ❤️
