BG Bully Family Project BG Productions is doing a special project around Bully Breeds and the people who adopt them. This page will highlight those photo sessions.

We have a passion for rescue work and a passion for photographing people, places, and things and telling their story! So we are embarking on a personal project to help end the negative stereotypes of Bully Breed dogs!! We thought what better way then to show these beautiful dogs being loved on and loving the humans that saved them- especially those with children!! With the negative stereotypes peo

ple think these dogs aren't good for homes with small kids! Well these families would disagree! We also wanted to showcase families that are also discriminated against and face stereotypes- people with tattoos! I LOVE photographing beautiful INK!!! and i LOVE LOVE dogs!! so follow along on our journey as we try to dispel a lot of myths!!

Summer is coming to an end...it's just one more season passing without Smokey finding his forever family.

1386 days have passed since Smokey first arrived into our shelter. Other than trips offsite with his volunteer friends (including a sleepover), he has never left.

When our hope wanes, we look at Smokey's big smile and we are reinvigorated.

Let's find Smokey his home. Please share to help him find an adult only home where he is the only pet.

⚠️WE NEED BEDDING⚠️

Our Philadelphia headquarters is almost all out of blankets and beds for our animals. If you have any to donate, Cake Batter and his friends would greatly appreciate it!

We could use soft blankets, comforters, large dog beds, and cat beds.

Donations can be dropped off at our shelter or sent to 350 E Erie Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19134.

4 years. Poor baby needs a home of its own

Smokey is all dressed up with no place to go.

We are keeping this handsome boy happy and healthy while he waits for his family. But we are sure he is wondering just how long it will take. Thus far it's been 1,282 days.

That's too many days.

This November will mark FOUR YEARS in our care.

Smokey is a wonderful dog. He likes people, but would prefer to be an only pet.

We know his home is out there. Let's find it for him. Who wouldn't want to add this stylish pupperoni to their life?

Nikki has been patiently waiting for a forever home, but no one has come to meet her yet. 😢

This sweet girl is your typical puppy - energetic, playful, ready to learn, and so very loving.

Awwww. He needs a home

August, who once was a happy-go-lucky boy, is now struggling in the shelter.

He has been waiting for a forever home since last August.

Described as the "goofiest, silliest, and sweetest man you will ever meet", we can't seem to figure out why he hasn't found a family yet. He is smart and loves to train, but can also snooze like a pro. He is incredibly dog-social, often being the dog of choice to welcome new incomers or lead playgroup.

Seeing the light slowly fade from August's eyes in heartbreaking, but we know our supporters can work magic. With your help, we can find him a home.

Please share far and wide to save August's light.
