Imagine a boss who is dedicated to 2 BIG things: the activities that drive the company to succeed AND the activities that drive the employees to be wholely and inherently themselves.

There exists a fallacy that no one even talks about that these two BIG things: the activities that drive the company to succeed AND the activities that drive the employees to be wholely and inherently themselves. are mutually exclusive. The Sacral Center is the center of doing and action.

If a team member's Sacral center is closed they have a lot of consistent energy for activities and projects that fall inside the scope of their inner genius. If something is a "YES" for them, they are unstoppable, if something is a "NO" for them, it will be difficult for them to accomplish, if they try anyways, it will drain them of their energy.
