Genuinely aged 20years in 2 weeks.

Being a SAHM is not a work break, not a constant vacay, not the easy option!

We hold all of our own emotions as well as theirs, we are their steady ground when the ground under our own feet feels rocky, we can continue to give through utter depletion and still wake up and do it all over again.

Moms are superheroes! Send some love to your baby mama and maybe offer her a lay in 🤍

Why does the help always want to take the baby away so you can take care of something else?

As a new mom, you need the baby as much as the baby needs you.

ESPECIALLY during the 4th trimester, this is the time for bonding, feeding, resting and recovering together in your cocoon.

Generations past did things differently, and thats ok. This one is learning that the mother and baby only really need eachother in the early days, your healing is the priority.

During this sacred time, you need tools to help get you the self-care moments with the biggest impact.

Motherhood musings 🪶

We can be so quick to attack our body, pull it apart, shame it.

We often don’t recognize what our body is carrying, silently working to recover, grow life, shed, renew, keep going.

It stretches, re-shapes, births life, nourishes a baby, all while healing.

Isn’t that incredible.
