With a hybrid model that combines community-centered, in-home care, and virtual support, Nadia Care provides support, including care coordination, benefit sign-up and navigation, lactation support, nutrition services, and education. This care model has proven results, including a meaningful reduction in low birth weight rates, NICU days and costs, postpartum depression, preterm birth rates, and emergency room visits.

Building strong communities starts with showing up for our growing families right here in Maryland! 🌸

Nadia Care was proud to join MedStar Health for the 2026 Prince George’s Healthy Start Community Baby Shower. With over 2,500 local families in attendance, it was an incredible day filled with resources, connection, and celebration.

A few highlights from the day:

🤝 Local Connections: Our Account Manager, Mary, got to catch up with several mothers already enrolled in Nadia Care to hear how their journeys are going.

🫂 In-Person Moments: One of our enrolled moms got to meet her Maternity Navigator, Kiara, face-to-face for the very first time!

💙 Community Support: We were blown away by the turnout and the opportunity to support so many new and expecting parents.

Summer heat is no joke, especially when you’re growing a whole human! ☀️🤰 Dehydration during pregnancy and after you have a baby can lead to fatigue, swelling, and more— but keeping up with your water intake shouldn't feel like a chore. Here are 3 simple ways to stay hydrated this summer:

⏰ Set a timer. Don't wait until you're thirsty; set a clock to remind your busy brain to sip.

🥤BYO-Bottle. Never leave the house without water. Keeping it on hand for small sips helps when you're out in the sun or battling nausea.

🍉Hydrate while you eat. Cucumbers, watermelon, frozen fruit, and sugar-free popsicles all help you sneak in extra water!

At Nadia Care, we know that a healthy pregnancy and postpartum journey takes a village—and fathers are a vital part of that support system. This Father’s Day, we want to celebrate the partners who stand strong for their families. ❤️

When a mother is navigating a complex healthcare system, a difficult pregnancy, or trying to secure resources, that stress is carried by the whole household.

Our hearts are so full after last weekend! 🥰 Our local Account Manager had the joy of hosting a Nadia Care booth at the Tabernacle Southaven Community Baby Shower in Memphis.

This event was the perfect example of what a community should be: supportive, connected, and caring. While the giveaways and raffles brought a lot of smiles, our favorite part was getting to meet expecting mothers, fathers, and families.

We loved sharing information about maternal health, active labor support alongside so many other wonderful local organizations.
