Garlic! An unexpected star on our flower farm 😂 I’m obsessed with this plant for some many reasons (one of which is simply that I so rarely have time to focus on growing plants that I get to eat! 😆) Today’s scape harvest was so fun and I can’t wait to see what our florists do with the stems!

The flowers are blooming this week to say the least 😂 And there’s way more in the fridge I didn’t even have time to film 😆 This Spring has been keeping us on our toes and this heat wave has us scrambling to get stems out of the sun and into the fridge. Early mornings and lots of watering are the name of the game as the weather heats up. Thanks to everyone who ordered this week (big shoutout to florists!) and big thanks to and for harvesting like champs in the heat.

It’s hard to believe that there are flowers and herbs under all this snow! This has been a brutal Winter so far and even though I know that the plants are strong, I am honestly pretty stressed about how everything is going to show up in the Spring.
