fridays all look the same around here… and honestly, i wouldn’t change a thing 🤍✨

same routine, same little traditions, same things i look forward to every single week. i’m definitely a creature of habit 😂 but there’s something so comforting about knowing exactly what friday is going to look like.

life can be unpredictable in a lot of ways, so i’ve learned to really appreciate the things that stay the same.

✨ i’m a beauty girl (hence trying to make this social media thing my job)
✨ a dog + cat mom (but that’s probably obvious)
✨ a diehard cardinals fan (no cubs fan allowed… jk… kinda)
✨ a creature of habit (to the max… it’s probably a character flaw at this point)
✨ an aggressively picky eater (i won’t make it your problem if you don’t make it yours)
✨ approximately 47% sarcasm (& 53% dark humor)

would they know i’m a complete homebody? that i’m the pickiest eater you’ll ever meet? that if it’s not soft, i’m probably not wearing it?😂

probably not.

because when you live with a visible disability, it’s really easy for that to become the first thing people notice — and sometimes the first thing you notice about yourself, too.

but i’m trying to remember that i’m allowed to be more complicated than that.

i’m allowed to just be… me.

and honestly, i’m still figuring out who that is. 🎀
