At Dhyana Yoga we are passionate about both teaching and learning the best practices to relieving stress and living a better lifestyle. Our primary flow style is Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga taught through the traditional Mysore Style allowing us and our students to enter a mental flow state that decreases anxiety, depression, and eases emotional fluctuations and even corrects imbalances in the immune sy

stem. From workshops and group classes to personal training and 200-hour teacher training programs, we’ve contributed vastly to alleviating stress in an often chaotic world having trained over 1000 teachers in our fun and friendly studio.

What fun yesterday!! Thank you all who joined in on Sunday's Vinyasa practice on Zoom. I'll be teaching most every Sunday so let me know if you'd like to join.
Next week we begin our 10 Day Detox and would love for you to join us. The Detox is truly not much more than giving your digestive system a break so that other bodily functions, including your immune system, will not be burdened by the typical toxins you might consume. The Detox is progressive so by the last 3 days eating simple foods might be a little easier. Here are some details:
