Supplements give you energy for a few hours… then you crash?
Some supplements can have stimulating effects that temporarily make you feel more alert or energetic.
But feeling more energy in the moment doesn’t necessarily mean the underlying stress-response dysfunction associated with Adrenal Fatigue has improved.
Pay attention to the pattern. Does the energy last only a few hours? Is it followed by a crash? Do you feel more anxious, sleep worse, or wake up feeling shaky?
With Adrenal Fatigue, the goal isn’t simply to create a temporary feeling of energy. Support should be part of a broader, structured approach that helps the body move away from chronic fight-or-flight physiology and gradually restore healthier energy regulation.
💡 Key takeaway: Temporary stimulation and physiological recovery are not the same thing. How you feel after the initial boost matters too.
If you’re struggling with persistent exhaustion and confusing reactions to what you’ve tried, clinical support is available.
