One Life Changing Year Complete! 🤍🙌

I just want to say thank you to the women in this photo for the past year I’ve been a Master Trainer 👏

Thank you to Lindsay for selecting me for a job interview and ever since that day advocating for me in the industry and having my back! 💛

Thank you to Jenna for choosing to hire me and allowing me to do what I do great in her house! You’ll never know how much that means to me. 💛

Thank you to Leah for being my Pumpkin! We started at T&N together. You are a little sister to me and a true inspiration. Your courage and the fight you have in you, especially after the past year you’ve had, is so motivating! Helping you and watching you make a comeback has been a true privilege. 💛

Certified Prenatal Postpartum Fitness Trainer added to my bag of specialties 🤰🏋️‍♂️

I’m so grateful to and for giving me the opportunity to transition to only training women and discover my passion to train prenatal and postpartum mothers!

There’s not enough of us out there for mothers, but I’m going to do everything I can to help as many women as possible!

With my diverse skill set as a Trainer and Social Worker, my energy, and my passion, I know I can empower mamas to be and continue to be their best self physically and mentally!

6 MONTHS STRONG WITH THIS AMAZING TEAM OF WOMEN!

I’ve taught group classes many places and had the best time ever, but I’ve never felt so fulfilled as a personal trainer before coming to 🙌

Working in an environment created for women, ran by women and owned by a woman is AWESOME! Getting to help women every day achieve what they thought they couldn’t or haven’t been able to do for a while feels great! (I still have love for training men…it’s just not the same)

I have learned so much more about the female body and how it works in relation to exercise and nutrition as well as I’ve gotten to train some of the most dedicated and determined women I’ve ever met! 💯

I’m looking forward to the next 6 months with these powerhouse babes!!! 😆

💪🏾👏🏾I STILL GOT IT YA’LL!!! 🙌🏾😆

Client: RaGina my goal is to be able to do a push-up on my toes, go down to the floor and clap in between.

Me: (eagerly) OKAY!!! I CAN HELP YOU DO THAT GIRL!!!

(In my head thinking 🤔 can I even still do them??? Its been 10 years since I did the clap 👏🏽 )

It was an awesome feeling having two of my clients cheer me on as I tested out my fitness level a decade later!!! ❤️☺️

At the end of a hard work week and training I ❤️ just looking at my growth mentally and physically!!! WE DID IT EVERYONE!!!

❤️‍🩹 HAPPY FEEL GOOD FRIDAY!! ❤️‍🩹

I have spent the last 2.5 months training one of the most determined clients I have ever met!! When reached out to me on IG saying that she knew me from my previous employer and wanted to train with me I was stoked!!

She filled me in on her medical and physical history including telling me that at the end of August she would be getting surgery on her spine to remove a tumor!! Her surgeon wanted her to gain as much core and upper body strength as possible in preparation for the procedure and that’s how our relationship came to be.

Jess trained with me faithfully 2Xs per week EVERY single week!! Despite being in pain, she went hard every single workout in order to build maximum strength. 💪🏽🏋🏽‍♀️

On 8/30/21 Jess had surgery and the surgical team was able to remove ALL of the tumor without damaging the nerve!!! 🙌🏽
