Through my guidance, I look to make this accessible and provide an integrative and practical approach to mindfulness and meditation while honoring the ancient and cultural origins of the practice. You and I will incorporate expressive and creative work (such as music, journaling, poetry, literature, movement, candle-making, etc.) that suits you as a person and meditator to ensure that your experience is a safe space for and reflection of YOU.
