If you're a therapist, social worker, coach, nurse, healer, or other helping professional, you probably spend a lot of your day paying attention to everyone else.
Listening.
Attuning.
Noticing what's happening beneath the words.
Holding space for pain, uncertainty, grief, fear, and change.
But how often do you have a practice that asks you to turn that same quality of attention toward yourself?
That's one of the reasons I believe Reiki can be such a meaningful practice for helping professionals.
Not because you need another tool to use with your clients.
But because **you are part of the work.**
Your presence matters.
Your ability to stay grounded matters.
Your capacity to notice what's happening inside you while remaining connected to another person matters.
Reiki gives us a practice for tending to the instrument through which we do this work: ourselves.
In our upcoming **Reiki 1 & 2 training for mental health and helping professionals**, we'll explore Reiki as a personal practice for presence, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with yourself—not simply as something you learn to "do" to someone else.
And we won't rush through an attunement and send you on your way.
We'll learn and practice together over several weeks, with time for integration, reflection, questions, and actually developing a Reiki practice that fits into your life and your work.
Whether you're completely new to Reiki or you've been attuned before but never really developed a personal practice, you're welcome.
**Before Reiki becomes something you offer, let it become something you practice.**
Registration is open for Reiki 1 & 2 for mental health and helping professionals.
