The Magic is within you.
I spent too much of my life making decisions based on the internalized expectations of others.
I did not shed that s**t in one day, and once in a while I catch myself responding to the judgement of my long dead grandmother.
Mostly I'm free to be present with myself, with you, with the abundance of love and joy in my life.
My journey back to myself has been long, beautiful, hard, and guided by many teachers.
I want you to know that you are your own magic, your own light, and the power that you need in this changing world.

I've done a lot of drugs, like A LOT.

I've done a ton of personal development work (20+ years of recovery after A LOT of drugs).

Talk therapy, yoga therapy, meditation have enriched my life and made me a better person.

Breathwork brought me into direct contact with my Authentic Self in a way that none of those other experiences could do.

I kept sending my clients out to practice.
I kept seeking facilitators to collaborate with.

And finally I found a trauma informed, nervous system aware training that I knew would teach me how to offer this powerful medicine.

I'm so grateful to have found and my Magical 2026 cohort. We've started a beautiful journey together 💜

Call it shakti, kundalini, shushumna, CSF, god - we overvalue what we can quantify, leading us into obsession with definitions and names.
